    Saturday,March 27th-Ceilidh
    Performance circle 7-10 pm
Focus on song and storytelling. If luck and persuasion are on our side, we shall start out with a set or two from some fine, established local talent as yet to be announced. Plus Lizzie on piano if we can persuade her. Thenceforth there shall be a forum for brave and/or talented amateurs who dare. Minimum requirement for Ceilidh participation being that you have to at least be able to tell one good joke. We promise not to pelt you with tomatoes, but caution that we can't vouch for the audience, so it would be wise to stay within the bounds of good taste:)

If that isn't enough to satisy your inner bard, wander next door 'round ten for ...

Open Mike night at Wilde Playhouse @ 10 pm (135 East Congress 770-1000)

After the Ceilidh at Silver Sea, perform your heart out at Wilde Playhouse, Right next door!
They have Guiness! They have cute Irish guys! What are you waiting for?

That's what we're doing for March in conjuntion with other business right here in Downtown, I am trying to cross- promote with all the people around me so that we can attract more people downtown- and keep them here for as long as possible :)

    Coming soon:
The First Annual Silver Sea Faery Festival and Ceilidh! If you have thoughts or suggestions, please email them to silversea@operamail.com. We are tentatively planning this event for a weekend in late March. We are interested in hearing from musicians and performers with an interest in playing at the Ceilidh, and are also on the lookout for new and established artists who may want to display their work at the store. Part of our commitment to being a member of the downtown community is to support its long term commitment to the Arts.

Other than that, there are lots of happenings at the store and also our Tucson Mall location, which has relocated to a new and improved location, mallwise. If you get lost, there will be a sign up at the former spot directing you to the new one. And February being as cold and rainy as it is, what better time to come into our downtown loctaion for some candles and aromatherapy heat packs? And in honor of the gem show, new semiprecious runestones are also in stock. Want more info on what's new at Silver Sea? Well, then for goddess' sake stop by and see us!
